FAQ

Q. What channels will I receive with DTV Green Dish "Dish-tenna"?
A. You'll receive all the major national networks plus many other local and independent stations that broadcast within a 75 - 100 mile radius from where your DTV Green Dish will be installed. For a complete list of the channels you'll receive see our Channels section.

Q. What frequencies will I receive?
A. FM, LO VHF, HI VHF, UHF, and SHF.

Q. Will the DTV Green Dish "Dish-tenna" work where I live?
A. The DTV Green Dish will work anywhere in the world that broadcasts digital signals within a 100 mile radius of where it's installed. This means it will work in the United States, Canada and many countries worldwide.

Q. I've tried other TV Antennas and have had no luck, why should I believe the DTV Green Dish will work for me?
A. The widely known Television antenna has come in hundreds of different designs from numerous manufacturers over the last 50 years, each promising better reception than its predecessor. Unless the TV antenna is within close proximity to broadcast towers, the number and quality of channels received will be dismal at best. The DTV Green Dish is "new" technology that combines a Dish plus an Antenna to achieve the best possible reception of digital broadcast signals. DTV Green Dish is the only Dishtenna available on the market and our patented design and professional installation will maximize the channels you'll receive - guaranteed! There is nothing else like it on the market.

Q. Is it legal?
A. 100% legal. Here's what you probably didn't know about cable television...Many network stations including ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, and many others broadcast their signal for free. These free channels are what you typically receive with basic cable. However, with the proper equipment you don't need to pay your local cable company, Direct TV, or Dish Network on a monthly basis for these free channels. Furthermore, many networks carry subchannels that are not available on cable or satelite, but with DTV Green Dish you'll now have access to them.

Q. Will my signal get zapped?
A. Never.

Q. Is this a temporary trial and later force us to pay?
A. No. Once you buy the dish you own it. You will receive free TV for the duration of your "Dish-tenna's" Life.

Q. Is there a guarantee on my purchase?
A. Yes. Please see our Return Policy for complete details.

Q. What if I need service on my "Dish-tenna"?
A. We offer a 90-day unconditional warranty. If your "dishtenna" goes out within the 90-day period, we will replace it free of charge. If it goes out after the 90-day period, you may simply pay the prevailing service fee to replace it.

Q.Why is it called the Green Dish?
A. Because it is made from recycled materials.

Q. I have more than one TV in my house, do I need a dish for each TV?
A. No, you only need one "Dish-tenna" to connect up to 8 televisions.

Q. I live in an Apartment/ Condominum, will I be able to use the Green Dish "Dish-tenna"?
A. Yes. We can install the Green Dish in almost any location. However there are FCC guidelines which regulate apartments and condominiums. To be sure, Contact us to determine any potential issues before purchasing.
